Accounting/Technical Support Specialist

Background

Connie started as a bookkeeper for construction companies in 1986. In 1999, she joined the Intuit team as a Customer Service Representative. Fall of 1999, she joined the QuickBooks Technical Support team as a technical support specialist and trainer for QuickBooks and MasterBuilder.

In 2006, Connie joined Sage Software’s Learning Services department where she wrote end-user curriculum and taught customers how to use MasterBuilder.

Current Role

Connie is very pleased to work at GTS where she is a technical support specialist, as well as, a QuickBooks accounting specialist. She troubleshoots GlasPac issues from error messages to printing issues, as well as supporting QuickBooks from setting up LX to QuickBooks integration to interfacing issues.

After 5:00 PM

Connie is married to her soul mate for 29 years. She has four grown children: 2 boys and 2 girls. Those children have blessed her with five grandchildren: 4 boys and 1 girl (so far). She enjoys gardening, hiking, preserving food (canning, dehydrating, and freezing), and sewing clothes for the grandkiddies. Her favorite TV show was Monk, and she is looking for a new favorite show – possibly Chuck?
