On occasion, it may become necessary to reload GlasPac LX. However, in the interest of correct pricing not only to quote accurately, but also to reduce potential EDI rejections, it is important for customers who are using NAGS to ensure that the NAGS data is correct. To verify what version of NAGS GlasPac LX is using, please use the following steps:

1. From the menu bar at the top of the screen in GlasPac LX, click help
2. From the list, choose "About GlasPac LX"
3. A box will appear. At the bottom of the box, near the middle, the text will indicate what version of NAGS is currently installed. Depending upon the NAGS effective date, the text will read something similar to: U AAA 09.05.11. In this example, the text indicates that GlasPac LX is using NAGS dated May 11, 2009. In September 2009, the text will read:  U AAA 09.09.14 after the NAGS data has been updated.
4. It is also prudent to verify this information after every NAGS update.
