BACKGROUND.  Our fabulous Support department takes calls and converses through the Discussions and through Chat.  As they do, they find that some customers are unaware of some handy tips and tricks in the software.  When put to good use, they are a huge help.  Our customers have said such things as,

"WOW!  I wish I had known that yesterday.  That would have saved me a ton of time!"

"You can really do that?  That just cut down my time to (insert task here)"

"I always thought the software was missing that functionality - and all the time it was right in front of me but I didn't know it!"

Your coworkers may suddenly develop a case of "LX-itis" and may be prone to irrational behavior.  Symptoms include covertly looking over your shoulder as you use the software, bribery (most often showering you with gifts) and other spontaneous acts of adulation.  This stems from an increase in jealousy and envy.  We advise you not to share these videos with others as it may cause symptoms to disappear.
