Chat online?  Why would anyone want to do that?

 

Although it might seem like a fad that only teenagers do, there are many benefits to your business to chat with us online.

 

We know you are very busy.  VERY BUSY.  To take time out and call us on the phone may be a major disruption to your day.  But you need answers!

 

An online chat allows you do take care of both of these concerns.  Since chat is real time, you get your answer now.  But you are not on the phone.  If you need to walk away for a couple minutes to take care of some business, feel free.  We will still be there when you get back and can continue the conversation.  Of course we can't hang on forever, but it is less disruptive than a phone call.

 

Also, if the answer is in the Community Portal, we can show you where it is - you can't do that over the phone!

 

Overall, you get to do it when you have time, on your terms and possibly receive even more information.  What could be better than that?
