GlasPacLX's setup windows let all users choose which phone numbers to list in the four phone number fields throughout the order entry fields. Use this routine to set up the labels they will use for those fields.

1. From the GlasPac LX menu bar, choose Lists, then Telephone Types. The Telephone Type Maintenance window is displayed.

2. Select the Insert Item button.

3. In the Type field, type a short identifier for a telephone type or locations, such as Home or Work..

4. Select the Comment field. This is optional. Enter a full description of the telephone type if necessary, such as "Primary home number " or " Customer's work number.".

5. To add more telephone types, repeat steps 2 through 4.

6. To save the data you've added and close this window, select the Save button.
