Online Ordering Advanced Options are used when you are placing an order. It gives you the control to decide on the order reference number that will be sent with your order and allows you send comments to the vendor regarding your purchase.

1. After you have made a Quick Order or a Stock Order request and are at the Online Ordering window, select the Advanced Options checkbox (bottom left corner of the window) and then select the Place Order button to display the following window. 
    
         
    
    
    
         
    
        The Vendor Name, Ship To, and Order Ref# columns are filled in automatically according to your entries in setup .

2. To edit the Order Reference Number, insert the cursor on the Order Ref# line and edit the reference number as you like.

3. Insert the cursor on the Buyer Comment line and enter any special notes or instructions concerning this order. 
    
    
         
    
        The information you enter here will also appear in the appropriate fields on the View Order Line Details window.

4. When you are finished, select the Finalize Order button
